ATIS REAL Weatheralls (ARW) has become joint letting agent, with GVA Grimley, for the Estuary Distribution Centre at Chittening, Avonmouth. The centre comprises three warehouse units which are all available for let. They can be leased as a single facility or in flexible blocks from 2,322sq m to 8,695sq m.
Two of the units have been refurbished and have an eaves height of 4.5m. The other warehouse is a newer shed with 7m eaves. ARW says that all of the units feature ground level loading under a cantilevered canopy and are available for immediate occupation.
The Estuary DC “has excellent links” to the M5 and M49 motorways.
ARW has also advised RMC Properties over the letting of part of the former Avon Kitchens premises at Avonmouth Way, Avonmouth to Healthcare Logistics, which has taken 2,043sq m on a ten-year lease with a five-year break for £34.98 per sq m.
According to ARW a further 4,784sq m is still available to let on flexible terms with a rent of £37.67 per sq m being quoted.
Avonmouth Way is about 400m from J18 of the M5, four miles from the M4/M5 interchange and about six miles from Bristol city centre.
