Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood have submitted a detailed planning application for a 409,000 sq ft speculative warehouse at Armthorpe, near Doncaster.
The £38 million Gateway 4 development on a 25-acre green field site includes 15m eaves, dock and ground level loading doors, 55m service yards and 83 HGV parking spaces plus the potential for a high power supply if required.
Subject to planning, work is due to start on site in Summer 2019 with the unit being ready for occupation in the second quarter of 2020.
