Plans are being drawn up to develop more industrial and distribution units at Ashton Moss in East Manchester. The nine buildings, ranging from 418sq m to 3,716sq m, will be designed to accommodate small to medium businesses looking for premises in the area.
The units will be developed along side existing occupiers Office Depot and Norbain SD. Darran Lawless, senior development surveyor at AMEC, says: “The new units will complement the existing offer at Ashton Moss and position the development as a location for businesses of all sizes. We have successfully attracted high calibre occupiers to the first phase, which has just 9,290sq m remaining and despite the advent of the supersheds, there is still a strong market demand for smaller units.”
Agents for Ashton Moss are King Sturge and Cordingley’s.
