Prolock (Europe) has announced that it has become the European agent for a new range of freight container and trailer locks.
These patented locks developed in South Africa to meet rising levels of crime provide the ultimate physical deterrent available. The locks are made of high-grade 304 stainless steel, and are available in two main types, portable and fixed. The locks will fit all ISO locking bars without modification, special tools or welding and the portable lock can be moved from trailer to trailer in seconds whilst the fixed lock will take a few minutes. The Prolock remains attached to the locking bars when unlocked during normal operations meaning no lock to find or lose. All locks are fitted with a virtually un-pickable Abloy cylinder and are available in various keyways to suit single of fleet applications. They also allow for the use of seals if required.
