Environtainer has been recognised as the ‘Best Cold Chain Technology Provider’ at the 3rd Annual International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC) Cold Chain Distribution for Pharmaceuticals in Philadelphia.
IQPC provides a forum to address the critical issues facing the pharmaceutical industry. The Cold Chain Management Excellence Awards were established to recognise and promote best practice in cold chain distribution and were judged by senior executives from among others the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management, Merck and Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
In choosing Envirotainer for the award, the judging panel acknowledged: “With its innovative approach of providing high quality technical solutions, based on temperature-controlled container rentals in a global network of major airlines and forwarders, Envirotainer has shown ability to understand the pharmaceutical shippers’ needs and demands for cost effective, environmentally friendly solutions that ensure the efficacy of healthcare products and have made them an Envirotainer standard.”
