Former Culina Logistics group chief executive Thomas van Mourik has joined food, beverage and grocery logistics specialist Baylis Distribution managing director. He is joined by business development director Phil Shaw, previously with consultant Davies & Robson Logistics. Both new appointees have taken a significant shareholding in the business.
