Evans Property Group (EPG) is to develop 134,850sq m of warehousing space on its 300 acre Fradley Park scheme on the A38 near the M6 (Toll). A 37,200sq m high bay warehouse to be speculatively built with units of up to 93,000sq m with the ability to cross dock offered on a pre-let basis are included in the next phase of development at Fradley Park.
Fradley Park is being developed speculatively alongside design and build requirements and is already home to companies including Wincanton, DHL, Swish, Hellmann, Caterpillar, Great Bear Distribution and the Automotive Group.
