Atlas Ward Structures is working on a distribution scheme in Kettering for main contractor Winvic Construction and pan-European developer ProLogis. The ultimate client is Bosch Siemens Homeware.
Steelwork contractor Atlas Ward won the Design & Build contract, due to a tight on-site programme and after recent success with ProLogis Park Wellingborough, which measures 24,000sq m. For the Kettering facility, Atlas Ward has designed, fabricated and erected more than 4,800 tonnes of structural steelwork and in excess of 139,500sq m for ProLogis in the past year.
The building is planned to be fully operational by the end of May 2006.
