London Clancy has sold the leaseholds of Unit 18 and 19 on Southampton’s Longbridge Industrial Estate to Guessens Company. Unit 18 is sub-let to Sealife Crewing Services for five years from June 2002 and Unit 19 is let to Winchester Brewery for three years from December 2004.
