BT Rolatruc has added four new models to its range of materials handling equipment. Launched at CeMAT in Hanover last month, the new additions are:
The Cargo C3E100R-150R rear-wheel drive counterbalance unit built on a three-wheeled compact.
The Ixion SWE080L stacker with single column mast.
The Minimover HWE100, which can be used as a stacker, pallet truck and order picker.
The LHM200SC hand pallet truck with weighing scale.
The Cargo C3E100R-150R’s manoeuvrability allows it to work easily in confined spaces. Offering capacities from 1000kg-1500kg, these new trucks are suitable for a wide range of applications offer good acceleration and top-speed, and a simple 24-volt electrical system for easy maintenance.
All trucks feature a three-way valve bank, meaning they are pre-equipped for sideshift, which can be specified as a low-cost option.
The LHM200SC is a high quality 2,000kg pallet truck which features a high-accuracy scale. It is an efficient alternative to a floor scale, allowing shorter work cycles without any compromise in accuracy.
The BT LHM200SC is ideal for improving accuracy in work cycles that have previously not included load weighing, such as in shipping applications and at goods-in deliveries. Weight checking can also improve accuracy in order picking. In manufacturing, processes such as dosing and mixing can be carried out with fewer pallet movements.
Weighing is easy thanks to the large display, which can be read over a wide angle, and the simple keypad. All components are designed for mobile use, being both compact and highly resistant to shock and vibration. The scale unit conforms to the IP65 standard for resistance to dust and water and features an integrated printer.
