Key Property Investments, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Kuwait-based Salhia Real Estate, has let a 110,000 sq ft warehouse at Westinghouse Road, Trafford Park, to Malikson Warehousing on a ten-year lease. The landlord was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton while Eddisons acted for Malikson. Rent is undisclosed.
