And “Estates Gazette” magazine awarded it “Industrial Property Company of the Year”. Earlier in the year, ProLogis won the 2005 IAS/OAS awards for “Best Speculative Building” for 1 Abbey Road in Park Royal and “Best Pre-Let Distribution Building” for the Debenhams unit at Kingston Park, Peterborough.
