There has been a run of freehold deals in the North-West. Acting for clients of Morley Fund Management, Lambert Smith Hampton has sold the 94,680 sq ft Gasworth Court, Risley Road, Warrington, for £3.78m to Highcross Estates. The deal values the building at more than £4 per sq ft. And high performance cabling Raydex CDT has sold its warehouse in Skelmersdale to local distribution company BVG for close to £3.6m, valuing it at more than £3 per sq ft. The 118,000-sq ft shed is on West Gillibrands Industrial Estate.
