The whole of SladenAston’s 650,000 sq ft refurbishment in Doncaster is under offer to a fashion retailer.
Known as Beast and Whopper, it was on the market at £3.75 per sq ft and the retailer is thought to be paying close to that figure.
Funded by Deutsche Bank Real Estate, SladenAston designed the scheme to split into two separate units of 250,000 sq ft and 400,000 sq ft – and even to sub-divide those into 100,000 sq ft units.
Sladen Aston is a joint venture between East Midlands-based Sladen Estates and Yorkshire’s Aston Land. Agents for the scheme are Gent Visick, M3 and Knight Frank.
