ANC Express is expanding its business operations in Tunbridge Wells and has invested £1.6m in a move to a new high-tech depot on the Decimus Park area of the town.
The company has made it clear that it is going for much faster growth in the area with the aim of at least achieving the company’s national average market share. The new depot has room for expansion and at a 20,000 sq ft has an operating area more than twice as large as the old premises.
Neil Clarke, ANC regional operations manager, said: “The ten-year lease we have taken out illustrates ANC’s intention to invest in the area over a long period. We expect to attract new contracts and increase the current workforce which currently stands at 25.”
