Lloyd Fraser (Supply Chain), a leading third party distribution company in Europe, has chosen Smart Human Logistics, provider of workforce management solutions, to implement a highly scalable, fully hosted time and attendance solution for its 850 workforce.
Lloyd Fraser will be using biometric hand readers for 750 of its staff for monitoring attendance. Telephone clocking will be used for 100 remote staff ensuring control across the entire workforce. The system will allow Lloyd Fraser to accurately plan and roster its workforce through automated roster cover. The shift swap functionality will also benefit the employees and the business through increased flexibility.
