It’s that time of the year again – and you can expect fireworks. No, I’m not talking about bonfire night – I’m talking about the European Supply Chain Excellence Awards, which take place at the Park Lane Hilton tomorrow night.
This year has seen more entries than ever before. Finalists this year include: Jaguar Land Rover, Vodafone, Henkel, Diageo, IBM, CLAAS, Virgin Atlantic, Tesco, and AB Lindex. And, as well as major corporations, there are innovative SMEs up for awards.
Guests will hear some inspiring stories highlighting innovation, agility and responsiveness to changing demands in the supply chain.
Host for the evening is comedian Rob Beckett. After storming So You Think You’re Funny? Beckett was invited to perform at the Adelaide Festival. He’s since toured with Russell Kane and Stephen K Amos, played his first solo show and appeared on Channel 4’s 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Fresh Meat.
Beckett will kick things off, giving guests an exclusive comedy set before unveiling each of the winners.
