The letting of a 5,332 sq m (57,400 sq ft) warehouse to timber housing frames company Prestoplan, has kick started the redevelopment of St Modwen’s Quedgeley West industrial development in Gloucester.
The letting in an existing building on the 12.95ha (32 acre) site will allow the construction of a speculative 8,733 sq m (94,003 sq ft) unit scheduled for completion in October
Rob Skelston of St Modwen said: “Since its acquisition we have been running Quedgeley West as a classic St Modwen managed estate using the existing premises and some imaginative management to create real added value.”
