A 10,219 sq m (110,000 sq ft) warehouse was let in just 72 hours after the initial inquiry proving that not all deals have to be long winded.
Malikson Warehousing took a ten-year lease on the warehouse at Trafford Park in Manchester owned by Key Property Investments, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Kuwait-based Salhia Real Estate. The building on the Westinghouse Road Estate was let at an initial rent of £18.83 per sq m (£1.75 per sq ft).
St Modwen’s Paul Batho said: “We are very pleased to have secured such a significant letting at Trafford Park in such a short time span.”
