Teesland iDG has won consent for its 7,925 sq m (85,300 sq ft) industrial/warehouse development at Access 4:20 on Bellingham Way, Aylesford, near Maidstone, Kent. The buildings are due for completion in July 2006. The scheme comprises 18 units ranging in size between 1,915 sq ft (178 sq m) and 15,000 sq ft (1,394 sq m).
