Graham Roberts, group chief executive and Paul Daffern, group finance director, who both joined PD Ports in 2002 will be stepping down from full time executive roles.
David Robinson, currently managing director, PD Teesport will replace Graham as chief executive officer, with overall responsibility for the performance of the Company, and the development and delivery of the growth strategy agreed with BBI.
Jerry Hopkinson, currently managing director of the Ports & Logistics Division, will take up the new appointment of chief operating officer. Property, will remain the responsibility of David Easson, group property director, and conservancy at Teesport, which will remain with David Robinson. Dermot Russell will become chief finance officer, replacing Paul Daffern.
Graham Roberts and Paul Daffern will continue to work with PD Ports and the new management team as non-executive directors on the board. The management changes will take effect from 1st May 2006.
