Jofson Mitsubishi is urging other materials handling companies to recognise the benefits of investing in young people. Jofson’s Jonathan Done recently picked up the FLTA Apprentice of the Year Award for 2006.
“It’s great to be working with experienced engineers who have so much knowledge,” he says. “I think it’s important that their expertise should be passed on to a new generation and not lost.”
This is the second time in three years that a Jofson apprentice has won the award.
