The Ravenbourne group is launching another ‘Own your own’ (OYO) scheme with the Prudential, at Dagenham Dock, part of the Thames Gateway regeneration.
The scheme at Hindmans Way, Dagenham, is to consist of 19 small units between 1,184 and 8.809 sq ft with detailed planning for B1, B2 and B8 types of general industrial and storage facilities.
The larger units have clear roof heights of 6.5 – 7ms, with the smaller units reaching 5ms. All units have self-contained yards and car parking.
Ravenbourne’s Ian turner said that the fifth OYO development was being built “as a direct response to strong demand from smaller businesses for small units for manufacturing and warehousing.”
