The Logistics Manager Supply Chain Conference promises to be the supply chain event of the year with a host of top speakers tackling the key issues that face the industry.
Speakers include: Mark Aylwin, supply chain director, Musgrave Budgens Londis; Barry Mellor, managing director of NHS Logistics; George Hadley, global operations director, De La Rue; Michael Browne, professor of logistics, University of Westminster; Professor Alan McKinnon, director, Logistics Research Centre, Heriot-Watt University; and Ken Hall, senior vice president, Prologis.
The conference takes place at the Stoneleigh Exhibition Centre from 23-24 May and will look at key issues in the supply chain including: industry globalisation; developments in retail supply chains; outsourcing logistics services order picking; fleet management; warehouse automation; green warehouses; RFID. In addition, winners of European Supply Chain Excellence Awards will be explaining how they did it.
The conference will run alongside Logistics Link Live! the exciting new event from Centaur, publisher of Logistics Manager and Logistics Europe, and is expected to be even bigger than Logistics Link South which attracted 14 per cent more senior logisticians than last year.
The conference will offer delegates the opportunity to attend individual sessions. Delegates pay only for the sessions that they attend. The exhibition will feature a innovation showcase – a dynamic forum where visitors can see demonstrations. Taking place at the same time will be the Materials Handling Live! exhibition and conference.
