Pets At Home has signed an agreement with Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council for a 11,148 sq m (120,000 sq ft) extension to its distribution centre on the 400-acre Trentham Lakes business park, Stoke-on-Trent.
Construction of the extension, which will comprise warehousing and additional offices, has commenced and is scheduled for completion by mid-August.
The extension is required due to the success of the existing 13,935 sq m (150,000 sq ft) facility completed in 2002.
