Marshall Commercial Development Projects has submitted plans for a £65 milion 545,00ft2 mega warehouse at its 55-acre site off Lovels Way in Widnes in the North West.
The proposals envisage a 545,000ft2 facility with 512,00ft2 of warehousing space, 33,000ft2 of two storey offices providing upwards of 500 jobs.
The warehouse, targeting BREEAM Excellent will have 18m eaves and include 72 dock level access doors as well as parking for 380 cars and 181 HGVs.
