As part of its £400 million investment and development programme, Wrenbridge has acquired its first building in Telford, a 6,503 sq m (70,000 sq ft) distribution facility on Stafford Park 7.
The building is currently let to Maxell Europe and following the tenants lease expiry later this year Wrenbridge intends to carry out a speculative refurbishment and offer the building to let.
The building is strategically located fronting the M54 motorway and provides an excellent specification including 8.5m eaves and 6 dock loading and 2 level loading facilities.
DTZ and Bulleys acted for Wrenbridge in the transaction and Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker acted for the vendor.
