By wpengineAnixter International distributor of electrical wire and “C” Class inventory components has completed a cash-based acquisition of Elfort Distribution AS.
Elfort is a privately owned supplier of structured cabling and IP-based network security products, in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It will be integrated into Anixter’s existing EMEA business.
Elfort will continue to be managed by Lubomir Vlasak – Managing Director.
