Soft furnishings retailer Dunelm has taken ProLogis’ 23,225 sq m (250,000 sq ft) speculatively built warehouse at its development in Stoke-on-Trent on a 10-year lease at a rent in the region of £42.52 per sq m (£3.95 per sq ft) with nine months rent-free.
The warehouse boasts a further plot, which could expand the building to 46,914.5 sq m (505,000 sq ft). A further plot of 35,302 sq m (380,000 sq ft) is also available on a build-to-suit basis. Letting agents are GVA Grimley, North Rae Sanders and Lamont.
