Vanderlande Industries has won a contract with Polish company Huhtamäki, for the delivery and installation of an order consolidation system based on the Variostore HDS.
The new system will be installed at Huhtamäki’s production and distribution centre in Katowice, Poland.
Vanderlande Industries will deliver and install a system to organise and optimise the goods flow, from production, through order consolidation to palletising. The system is likely to become operational sometime in the course of 2006.
