Cybit has won an order from Renault Trucks for its Fleetstar-Online software. The company will install 80 units of its Internet-based fleet and asset management solution for the ‘Renault Trucks 24/24’ roadside assistance service fleet.
Fleetstar-Online will help to identify and dispatch the nearest available vehicle to a customer needing assistance, and will help Renault Trucks to improve service levels by keeping customers informed of the roadside assistance vehicle’s position and its estimated arrival time.
Andrew Walker, aftermarket service manager, for Renault Trucks said: “Cybit’s Fleetstar-Online solution will play a key role in helping to make our operation more productive by providing the key information that we need to effectively analyse what’s actually going on,”.
