Specialist insulation company Sheffield Insulations Group has chosen Eurocentral as the location for a new 6,679 sq m (71,900 sq ft) distribution facility.
The global supplier of specialist insulation is relocating from existing premises in Bellshill to a new site developed by the Eurocentral Partnership. The building has been let on an 17 year FRI lease at £5.25 per sq ft
Eurocentral’s rising steelwork has become a common sight from the M8 in recent times and SIG’s decision follows hot on the heels of over 43,663 sq m (470,000 sq ft) of new occupier deals in 2005. The pace of development is set to continue with the additional announcement of an Advance Build Programme, which will bring forward three new buildings available for let.
The programme will create 20,382sq m (219,400 sq ft) of highly specified production/warehousing space and is in response to the high level of occupier interest in Eurocentral.
