Shepherd Developments and Eden Park Developments, have selected placed a contract with Clegg Construction to speculatively build a 3,800 sq m (41,000sq ft) industrial/warehouse building with 8m eaves.
Helios Properties and joint venture partner Commercial Development Projects have completed the first phase of development at Helios 47, a 200,000 sq ft distribution warehouse facility in Garforth, West Yorkshire. The first phase totals 114,850 sq ft) and comprises nine high- specification warehousing units.
Lot sizes range from 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) to 22,000 sq ft (2,043 sq m), available on either a freehold or leasehold basis. The second phase will provide land for a single unit of up to 75,000 sq ft (6,967 sq m), offered on a design and build basis.
