TWT Logistics has bought Switch Transport. TWT Logistics, the Welsh haulier and member of the Pall-Ex network, has acquired Switch International, extending its geographical coverage from south Wales to southern England.
Trevor Taylor, managing director of the TWT Logistics Group said: “We have seen unprecedented growth over the last four years and needed to expand our area of operation. Switch International was an ideal fit in terms of its service provision and quality culture and the geographical location is an added bonus. We look forward to working together as part of the Pall-Ex network.”
TWT plans to develop the business further with the addition of a purpose-built transport terminal with warehousing facilities in the Andover area.
