Dematic Management, along with investment group Triton, have taken over the shares in the worldwide Dematic business from Siemens AG. The management of the company operating worldwide and retaining the name Dematic will continue to be headed by Johann Löttner, president and chief executive.
“By choosing Triton, Dematic can continue its way to focus on its customers and serve their specific logistics requirements, as well as to take care of global key accounts”, said Löttner.
