Slough Estates, new owner of Heywood Distribution Park near Manchester, is to build speculatively there. The developer has submitted a planning application for plots B12 and P12 which will provide 77,877 sq ft of new warehousing. King Sturge and Savills are agents. Slough bought the park from a subsidiary of Moorfield Group in July last year.
