Gazeley and Land Securities joint venture partnership, has been granted planning consent for Nova MK – a £340 million logistics park in Milton Keynes. The 241 acre site will provide 3.4 million sq ft of new industrial and distribution accommodation.
Nurturing the Nursery
Joint developers Peveril Securities and Sladen Estates are completing units two and three at the Nursery at Berristow Lane, adjacent to Junction 28 of the M1. The units offer 35,230 sq ft and 51,063 sq ft respectively. Agents are M3, Innes England and King Sturge.
