Store Property Investments has let a 23,000 sq ft warehouse to Cannon Hygiene at Bar End in Winchester, Hampshire. The OCS Group subsidiary is taking Unit E on a 15-year lease with a break at ten years.
Only Unit G remains at Bar End, offering 16,689 sq ft of warehouse space with generous parking. Joint agents are King Sturge and Warwick Martel.
The letting takes the amount of space successfully transacted by King Sturge in the Winchester area during the last six months to more than 110,000 sq ft, including other lettings at Moorside Road, Sun Valley Business Park and the Chilcomb Centre.
Among them, self-storage company Keepsafe has opened a new depot at Winnall, less than a mile from Junction 9 of the M3. It is renting the 22,500 sq ft facility from Wereldhave Property Corporation through agent King Sturge. This is Keepsafe’s ninth depot since the company started with its first premises in Southampton in 1997. King Sturge is also marketing a 41,000 sq ft warehouse unit at 30 Moorside Road.
