Slough Trading Estate, Berkshire, has a new flagship warehouse/production building. Kubik is located on Buckingham Avenue, the main thoroughfare through the trading estate.
The 50,527 sq ft unit features 10 metre-high eaves, four loading doors and the option for additional dock levellers, high loading capacity floors and a 10 per cent office element.

Data centres are a major occupier at Slough. Data centre outsourcers IX Europe has signed a 20 year lease and construction agreements with Slough Trading Estate for a facility of almost 80,000 sq ft.
