Sammons Enterprises has purchased the materials handling division of Finning (UK), the official dealer of Cat Lift trucks warehouse and counterbalance equipment in Great Britain.
Finning’s materials handling division has been a dealer of Cat Lift Trucks for many years in the UK.
It says that the purchase by Sammons and the establishment of Briggs Equipment UK Limited will further strengthen the organisation and increase the focus on the materials handling business.
