Insulation supplier SIG has sub-let an 80,121 sq ft warehouse on Hornhouse Lane, Knowlsey Industrial Estate in Liverpool for ten years.
It has taken a 10 year sub-lease at £309,504 a year. Letting agent Tony O’Keefe of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung said: “This deal reflects occupiers increasing confidence in the Merseyside industrial property market, and demonstrates the demand for good quality warehouse accommodation in Liverpool.”
DTZ has also been instructed to market the former Federal Mogul manufacturing plant in Upton Wirral: a rare development opportunity for the Wirral area, the facility extends to approximately 435,222 sq ft on a 27 acre site.
The site has already created a wealth of interest generating more than 20 viewings in the first two weeks.
