Symbol and Intermec have agreed to settle their dispute over intellectual property. Both companies have agreed to cross-license certain patents and are entering into four-year covenants not to sue for those remaining.
They have also released patent infringement damage claims that may have existed on the settlement date or may arise before the covenants expire.
The specific terms of the settlement between the two companies have not yet been disclosed.
