The Metal Centre has taken SJS Property Management’s 234,000 sq ft warehouse on Western Way, Bilston.
The ten year old property situated on a 13.5 acre site was formerly occupied by Index Stores. It was assigned fully fitted with 14.5 m eaves. It boasted 20 dock levellers as well as a 90m yard capable of housing 74 trailers and 45 tractor units.
It was taken on assignment with 10 years remaining on the lease at a rent just over £1m a year. Letting agent was North Rae Sanders and GVA Grimley acted for The Metal Centre.
