Bob Russett, chairman of the Palletline network from 1993 to 2005, has bought Palletline Distribution outright from his fellow shareholders.
Russett has owned 25 per cent of Palletline Distribution since 1994, when he and joint Palletline plc co-founders Ken Hackling, Colin Sturgess and John Watt set up the company as an independent business to act as the Palletline member company for the Birmingham area, operating autonomously from Palletline plc.
Russett has also bought the warehousing and storage side of Telford-based Transtore Ltd.
