St Modwen Properties has secured planning consent for 800,000 sq ft of warehousing at its 55-acre Access 18 scheme in Avonmouth, Bristol. The planning consent enables St Modwen to develop industrial/distribution uses at Access 18 in addition to recycling/ecopark facilities that could play a major role in Bristol city’s waste management strategy.
Access 18 is able to accommodate design and build opportunities from around 10,000 sq ft to 600,000 sq ft, either on leasehold or a long leasehold basis.
