Development is underway again at Eurocentral, the giant distribution park that nestles conveniently between the M8 and the M74 on the eastern side of Glasgow.
There are three warehouses under construction. At 122,200 sq ft, Titan is the largest of the new buildings. It is a high spec warehousing/production facility available to lease and is due for completion in April next year. It will have 12 dock leveller doors, 12 m eaves and bigger yards and car park, with the rental at £5.25.
The 56,200 sq ft Atlas building is due for completion in November while the smallest of the three, the 40,200 sq ft Pharos is due for completion in October.
There are currently two other facilities available at Eurocentral. Artemis is a 71,700 sq ft unit with an eaves height of 10 metres. And Headway is a 450,000 sq ft which can accommodate a wide range of uses in self-contained sections from 80,000 sq ft and is available on flexible lease terms.
Eurocentral has also been attracting new users. Sheffield Insulations Group recently chose Eurocentral as the location for a new 71,900 sq ft distribution facility.
