Scotland’s warehouse development is not limited solely to the area between Glasgow and Edinburgh. West of Glasgow is the Westway Industrial and Distribution Park at Renfrew which currently has available four units of more that 100,000 square feet. There are also design and build opportunities up to 350,000 sq ft at the park.
In 2004, Westway was sold by Prestbury West Coast for £46 million to a special purpose vehicle established by Moorfield Group, Uberior Investments and Westbrook Partners.
