NYK Logistics (France) SAS has bought Lorang France SA.
Lorang France is a well-established road freight forwarder based in Metz in north-eastern France. It employs 30 people in two locations principally serving key exporters of manufactured goods in the region.
Daniel Rossi, the previous owner, will continue as president of Lorang France and will manage the running of the company. NYK Logistics Europe plan to expand the business model by developing synergies with its European network in twelve countries.
