By wpengineSmeg, the Italian manaufacturer of white goods, has purchased eight new Mercedes Atego rigids to help deliver to retailers and customers around the UK.
The new fleet comprises four 7.5-tonne Atego 815s and four 13-tonne Atego 1323s. All have high-roofed, air-conditioned sleeper cabs – the 13-tonners also have Autotrans automated transmissions – with Solent Bodybuilders box bodies and tail-lifts.
