Available industrial floorspace rose by 4.3 per cent between December 2005 and June 2006, according to King Sturge ‘s latest UK Industrial & Distribution Floorspace report.
Available industrial floorspace stood at 20.032 million sq m at June 2006 while floorspace available in units of 10,000 sq m increased by 7.8 per cent.
Speculative development under construction decreased for the first survey since September 2003, to 822,933 sq m in 62 schemes.
